Wherever two or more people come together, conflict is likely to arise. This workshop provides participants with a seven-step conflict resolution process that can be adapted to resolve disputes of any size. Participants will also gain skills in solution building and finding common ground.
The Conflict Resolution workshop covers essential conflict management skills, including handling anger and using the Agreement Frame.
